Duke University was trying to reach a targeted and engaged audience to enter their professional certificate programs. They had trouble in the past in targeting the right audience and in tracking how successful their campaigns had been.
DUCS used our cross-screen capabilities, using WRAL.com and WRAL News App. Their goal was to increase registration for their upcoming courses. They ran three different campaigns: Human Resources Certificate, Legal Nursing Certificate and Paralegal Certificate.
Duke University Continuing Studies had more inquires from these campaigns than any other local media outlet they had worked with in the past. They were able to increase the number of leads and students, and were able to have transparent reporting on their campaigns.
